Our journey with Diamond Kitchens began 12 months ago when we moved to Norfolk.Having searched for a small family owned business, we unearthed a true Diamond with this one. Susan actually came with us on the second viewing of the property we had purchased.
We had already decided to build an extension on the exsisting kitchen by removing the attached conservatory. Susan duly produced a design/plan from scratch, on completion of the extension being built the kitchen was installed by Jake & Kane who were excellent and the planned design worked out to perfection.

We approached Susan at Diamond Kitchens after a recommendation on a post on Facebook. We have never ordered a kitchen, so were complete novices to the process, but Susan was very helpful and explained everything. We did have other quotes from other suppliers, but went with Susan as we trusted her and felt she listened to us. This was not the case with other kitchen designers. This was why we went with Susan as well as the fact that the kitchen is very well made and good value. Susan’s communication in the run-up to the removal and installation was first class!

The service we received was excellent, from the outset, and one which we would never have received from any of the larger mainstream suppliers. The choice and quality of the product range was far better than what we were shown elsewhere with all sorts of extras thrown in as standard.
